Visual securing of screw connections
Bäder® Torque Sealants or Screw Locking Lacquer (Schraubensicherungslack) is a varnish that is applied to mechanical fasteners in automotive, rail and railroad, mechanical engineering, electronics, and electrical industries, among others. It is an essential tool to mark, seal and detect any tampering or vibratory loosening in nuts, bolts, and assemblies, thus providing visual securing of the screw connections. It has superior adhesion to metals and other substrates. Making it an effective deterrent against unauthorized access and a valuable tool for tamper proof screws. The sealant reinforces the security of the bolt by making it difficult to remove without destroying the sealant and leaving visible evidence of tampering.
